Knit top and burrito tongue design envelop your legs for a tight and comfortable fit. The upper material provides ample space around the toe, making sneakers the perfect shoe for people with wide feet.

Adidas Tubular Shadow Knit STYLE

Adidas Tubular Shadow Knit is aesthetically similar to the successful model created as a result of the brand’s collaboration with Kanye West, Yeezy Boost 350, thanks to its shape and knitted top. Sometimes buyers call them Yeezy for the poor or a cheaper alternative to Yeezy. Although a pair of tight jeans or trousers will better emphasize the shape of the sneakers, they will still look great in combination with other types of clothing.

Adidas Tubular Shadow Knit FEATURES

Adidas Tubular Shadow Knit are equipped with a two-tone knitted upper for greater breathability, flexibility and a light feel on the legs. They are often compared to the Yeezy Boost 350 due to the aesthetic similarity without Boost technology. Other features that stand out in this shoe are a tubular sole and a sharp midsole shape.

History

It all started in 1990, when Adidas designers drew inspiration from automobile tires, creating work boots with maximum grip. In the prototype model, Adidas Radical used inflatable rubber airbags with valves that require external pump mounts. Two years later, Three Stripes released a limited number of 500 beta versions of the officially known Adidas Radical X-29.

In 1993, Adidas launched the Tubular line, using all the technology from Radical prototypes. The pioneer of this line was the Tubular 2, which is equipped with an external pump, two (instead of four) adjustable airbags on the heel and the front of the EVA. Tubular 4, on the other hand, had a clear resemblance to the beta version of Radical, as they had four separate air chambers and an integrated pump on the side.

The Tubular 2 XTR was the latest model equipped with an external pump. Then came 2014. Adidas vice president of global design, Nick Galway, proposed the Tubular Runner as the first shoe to debut when the Adidas Tubular line restarts. Great success came when Tubular Defiant, Tubular Doom, Tubular Nova, Tubular Radial, Tubular X and Tubular Shadow were released.

In 2016, Adidas Originals released the Tubular Shadow as the latest addition to the Tubular line. These are low-top sneakers with a minimal silhouette, asymmetric design and a tubular sole. Initially, they were available in two colors with different top materials - black and brown. One option is the Adidas Tubular Shadow Knit, which has a bicolor knit upper with a diamond pattern, a burrito tongue for a snug fit, an EVA midsole for lightweight cushioning and a tubular sole.

In addition

Has an Ortholite sock.
Adidas markings on shoes are minimal, visible only on the tongue and heel.
The laces are rounded and match the color of the top.

Adidas Tubular Shadow Knit

From an aesthetic point of view, this is a cheaper alternative to the Adidas Yeezy Boost 350. Adidas Tubular Shadow Knit is a variation of the Adidas Tubular Shadow that uses a two-color knit material. This shoe combines comfort and style. The sneakers sit well, although some report that they are about half the size of the size.
